Tipi Forest Weddings

We can provide for weddings of up to 200 people and have an onsite bar set in the heart of Sherwood Forest. You can decorate the tipi however you would like, giving you the opportunity to create you very own bespoke wedding, personal to you. We also work with a fantastic range of caterers, musicians, DJ’s, photographers and much more we can recommend for your day.

Please note; we are not currently licensed to carry out official wedding ceremonies but can advise on commitment ceremonies which we are able to provide for. The nearest registry office to our site is Arnold Registration Office located around 2 miles away in Arnot Hill Park.

Bar

We can provide a fully stocked and staffed bar for all events whether you want bespoke cocktails or craft beers, a gin bar or a champagne reception we have the team to do it. Just let us know!

We can also offer drinks packages bespoke to your event to take the hassle out of planning.

Food

We work with some great caterers so if you’re looking for a Summer barbeque, a street food feast or a 3 course sit down meal we can definitely recommend someone. Alternatively, if you have a caterer that you’d like to work with for your event we’ll do everything we can to accommodate them for you.

Accommodation

Camping

Camping and campervans are allowed on site in designated areas.

Glamping

A glamping village can create a festival feel without any hassle. We know the people to do it for you, creating packages bespoke to your event.

Photography

In need of someone to capture every wonderful moment of your event? We can recommend some fantastic photographers to do just that.

Interior furnishings

The little touches matter and we want you to make your event exactly how you dreamed it. Whether it’s a vintage feel or high glamour you’re after just let us know and we’ll put you in touch with right people.

Staff

We can provide an excellent team of professional event staff to ensure all runs smoothly. This is on quotation basis to suit your needs.

We have already emailed our neighbors and local keepers of livestock but want to give anyone local some warning of these incase you have animals out around this time.
